Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy UGC Reel Kit (“the kit”), sold by the maker of UGC Reel Kit (“we”, “us”). By buying the kit you agree to them.
1. What you’re buying
The kit is a downloadable digital product: source code for five Remotion video templates, a batch render script, a script-writing prompt, documentation and example videos. It is delivered as a zip file. There is no physical product, hosted service or subscription.
2. Price, payment and taxes
The price is shown on the website in US dollars and is a one-time payment. Orders are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record and reseller. Creem handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax or VAT, and its own terms apply to the payment. The charge may appear on your statement under Creem’s name.
3. Delivery
You get a download link right after payment, on the confirmation page and by email. If the link doesn’t arrive or doesn’t work, email [email protected] and we’ll send the files.
4. License
When you buy the kit you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- use the kit to make an unlimited number of videos, for yourself or for clients, commercial or not;
- modify the code however you like for those purposes.
You may not resell, sublicense, share, give away or publish the kit or its source files, in original or modified form, as a template, kit, starter, course material or similar product. One purchase covers one person; a team that shares the source needs one copy per person using it.
5. Third-party software
The kit depends on open-source and third-party software that is not included and is installed separately, including Remotion, React and edge-tts. Each has its own license. In particular, Remotion is free for individuals, non-profits and companies with up to 3 employees, and larger companies need a Remotion company license. You are responsible for complying with those licenses. The edge-tts voices rely on a Microsoft service that we don’t control and that may change or stop working.
6. Your videos and how you use them
You own the videos you make, and you are responsible for their content and for the rights to any footage, music, logos or text you add. You agree not to use the kit to create fake reviews or testimonials, to impersonate people, or to make misleading ads, and to follow the advertising and disclosure rules that apply to you, including platform rules about labelling AI-generated content.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: if you’re not happy, ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
8. No warranty
The kit is provided “as is”. It is built to run on Windows, macOS and Linux with current Node.js versions, but we can’t guarantee it will work with every setup or with future versions of Remotion, Node.js or the voice service, or that your ads will perform in any particular way. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
10. Trademarks
TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Remotion and other names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their owners. They are used only to describe what the kit works with. UGC Reel Kit is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you buy applies to that purchase.
